HEADSHOT BOOTH PRICING

STEP 1 - SELECT YOUR COVERAGE

Headshot stations are booked on a half-day (up to four hours) or full day (up to eight hours) basis. Based on the schedule of your event and the number of people you need headshots for, decide how much coverage you will need. Each headshot station can typically serve as many as 20 people per hour.

Half-day (up to 4 hours) or full-day (up to 8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station includes: All images in high resolution, file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo), a standard commercial usage license, a led list of all people photographed and their contact info in Excel or SCV format, and individual model releases for all photographed. Headshots can be delivered to each individual person in private galleries and/or as a complete gallery of images based on your needs.

If the amount of headshots you need or the time-constraints of your event require more than a single headshot station can cover, adding an additional headshot station can make sure everyone gets a great headshot in the time allowed. Additional stations also reduce the wait time for attendees.

The base price for your headshot booth covers the basics of what you will need, but you can enhance the experience for your attendees by adding some incredible extras. From instant headshot delivery to hair and makeup, we can create a truly memorable experience for attendees that will generate buzz for weeks.

Really up the wow factor of your headshot station with instant delivery. With Instant Delivery, every participant will be emailed a private gallery of images within minutes of being photographed. We handle hosting, delivery, and support for all participants meaning zero admin work for you.

With on-site selection, our team helps each participant select their favorite image from their session immediately after being photographed. This ensures each person has a headshot that they love delivered individually in private galleries as well as to the company. Those selections can also be retouched for an additional fee.

Enhance the experience by providing attendees with basic retouching on all delivered images. Blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening included for all images.

To help everyone look their best, we can provide an on-site hair and makeup station so that everyone who gets a headshot has the option of a quick touch-up before they get in front of the camera. This adds fantastic value for attendees and improves the final look of the images by eliminating stray hairs and reducing facial shine.

For clients who want to add extra retouching for participants, Enhanced Retouching is the way to go. Each headshot is hand-retouched and includes corrections beyond basic retouching like stray hair removal, glare on eye-glasses, wrinkle and lint removal, and background replacement.

A dedicated member of our team will create social media friendly content for your marketing team. Vertical video for Instagram, cinematic BTS footage, and stills all delivered to you daily.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Will you also shoot team photos in addition to the headshots?

Absolutely! No matter what size team or staff you have, we can photograph the whole team together or broken up into groups by departments. Whether you need an image of everyone together or photos of the individual departments or teams, we got you covered. We typically will include one group photo in any team shoot at no additional cost with additional groupings being billed at the same price as an additional individual (see prices above).

What if we can't get everyone together on the same day?

Office work has changed dramatically over the last few years. Some teams are made up of remote workers, others just work in industries that keep the team in and out of the office at random times. For companies facing a challenge when it comes to getting everyone together, we offer easy solutions. Often we start with a trip to the office to photograph headshots for part of the staff, then follow up with a custom online calendar to allow remote employees to schedule their own sessions in our studio at their convenience. Whatever the situation is, we make it seamless so that everyone gets a great-looking headshot that’s consistent with the company brand.

Do you offer headshots at events?

We specialize in photographing headshots at events! Whether it’s part of an expo or an annual meeting, we can create great-looking headshots on demand for pretty much any number of people. In addition, we offer lead generation, individual selection and delivery, photo booths and event photography for whatever type of event your company is taking part in.

Can you match headshots my company has done previously?

Many companies have headshots that match their branding but are looking to work with a new headshot service provider. We can work with photographers from other markets to match their images and provide any file type, format, or crop as is necessary to keep the consistency in the look and feel of your existing team headshots. If you can provide us with an image you want us to match or an example of a style you like, we can take care of the rest.
